BNPleasantly nice apartment, clean, spacious with contemporary finish. Convenience as it has a washer and dryer.
It'd be helpful if the landlord provides a season pass parking. The focal point didn't whatsapp all the important infos prior to check in. We had to figure out the keylock box and luckily, there were attendants at Zeluxo to inform us the passcode. Waiting for the lift was a nightmare, sometimes it took about 30mins as it was packed during our stay.

NLRuim appartement op 15de 2 slaapkamers en slaapbank in woonkamer. Heerlijke bedden. Rust. Gloednieuwe wasmachine waar we dankbaar gebruik van maakten. Droogrek, airco plus ventilatoren , föhn etc Rondom prachtig uitzicht. Vanuit woonkamer prachtige zonsondergang boven de zee en uitzicht op de eilanden en het zwembad eronder op de 7de etage. Alles aanwezig. Onder gebouw vele restaurantjes maar ook prima aan te lopen naar winkelcentrums in de buurt. En anders met een Grab kom je overal. Duidelijke uitleg door host hoe bij kluisje voor sleutel te komen. En snel contact bij vragen. Nog geen 10 min lopen naar jesselton Point waarvandaan de boot trips vertrekken naar de eilanden . Wij raden dit appartement zeker aan!!
Alles was perfect. Miss om 1 ding te noemen: de 2de badkamers rook wat naar riool uit het putje. Maar opgelost door raam open te doen daar en badkamer deur dicht te houden.
MYThe facilities! Awesome seaview, water dispenser available which is convenient to parents with kids! The washing machine with dry mode also helped me a lot! A vacuum is useable when the floor get dirt. Overall satisfied! My kids love the stays very much!

AUGreat location for access to Jesselton Quay.
Overpriced for quality of apartment. Always go for the cheaper option, don't be misled by thinking the view will be better if you pay more. The view won't improve. It does have water views but Tower ONE apartment clouds half of the view. Hotel prices not justified for the quality of this apartment. Don't pay more than 280myr a night for this place. Book other apartments in same complex for cheaper.. Don't think the higher price means better. IT DOESNT. Bed linen & furnishings low quality. No instructions in the apartment. Kitchen faucet leaks, toilet blocked, smokers in the hallway, the pool closes from a hint of rain (can't possibly have swimmers getting wet from rain!). In reality my only gripe is it was overpriced, if you get this room for a sensible price, it's a great venue.
