The layout, location and facilities. BEAUTIFUL cottage located a bit further from downtown and Santa Claus Village but my excursions picked me up and easy to order a cab ride. The property is clean and in perfect condition.

Fully equiped cottage with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. There are 2 toilets and 1 bathroom with a sauna, which is perfect for warming up in the evening after a cold night outside searching for the Northern Lights. The living room has a smart TV, which allowed us to watch our photos and videos on a larger screen in the evenings. There’s even a loft area for the kids. Outside, there’s a barbecue in the garden and tables and chairs on the terrace. In the shed, there are plastic sleds. There’s plenty to do in the area, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets within a 10–15 minute drive.

it would be the temperature and humidity inside the cottage. Since you need to keep the windows and doors closed during the winter and the cottage is constantly heated, the bedrooms can get quite warm, and you may experience a dry mouth during the night.

We had a fantastic stay at this house! It is such an idyllic place, where you can rest peacefully surrounded by the nature. You have all the amenities you may want, including the sauna, fireplace, stocked kitchen and everything else. Although it became -30C outside, inside the house was cozy and warm. We had the chance to see the magnificent aurora just outside the house - it is at the perfect distance from the town - not too close, not too far, really just 10 minutes drive.

Clean and modern with a cosy vibe. Sauna was cool to have. Great kitchen and equipment. Easy location from the centre with car. Pre arrival information was useful

We expected both rooms to have bedding in as 2 friends expecting to use both rooms. Not a massive issue but some people would want to use both rooms.

Everything from the sauna, surroundings, quiet area, comfy beds… It’s a very nice cozy cottage.
