Lovely 2 - bedroom condo in Manchester City centre

property was clean. good location. easily accessible

Paid for balcony and couldn’t access it. bit disappointed as could off saved a lot off money by paying for a room without a balcony.

The place was clean, spacious and exactly what we wanted. The beds were comfy, the whole place was clean and had Nearly everything we wanted.

I really enjoyed this property however a very very minor thing that you may look into is possibly buying oil for the kitchen and possibly more utensils such as a spatula etc. It was more annoying than anything else as we had bought things to cook however had to go back out to buy oil.

No lightings due to scaffolding outside of the window. A lot of noise from 8am

location was great. bit noisy late evening but was to be expected with location and nothing ear plugs didn’t sort

ran out of teabags had to figure out hot water as we weren’t told/shown no toiletries provided apart from toilet roll

The location was great! We got upgraded to the top floor apartment which was great! The apartment itself was really modern and the beds were comfy! One of the bedrooms was very big and the other was mid sized which was great because we were three adults!

nothing! if we're being picky, there was scaffolding on the outside of the building!

great location between Printworks, Arndale and Northern Quarter. comfortable beds

temporary scaffolding meant no natural daylight in flat and workmen on balcony and drilling noises Mon to Fri during working hours currently. once cladding complete this will stop. Location great but as near centre also a bit noisy occasionally outside. didn’t like being asked for photo ID to be emailed to property owner. understood why she wanted it but felt it was a security risk for me.
