Chuveiro queimado, ninguém veio arrumar nos 4 dias de estadia e avisei desde o primeiro dia que o chuveiro estava gelado. Avisei na portaria e TENTEI me comunicar com a acomodação que não respondeu nem para dar instruções sobre o checkin. Comunicação ZERO com a acomodação. Pra quem se incomoda com o barulho, simplesmente não vá! Mesmo com todas as janelas bem fechadas o barulho dentro do apartamento é muito alto desde 8h da noite até 6h da manhã, o bar em frente tem música na calçada e fecha neste horário, só então o barulho acaba.

The apartment, the Location, everything was on point.

Only they deposit they charged in order to check in and when the time to return back comes, they basically ignore you. More than a month passed already and when I ask, one time they will tell you they will ask the office, and after few days yoi ask again, they just ignore..I just don't understand.
