Nothing it was dirty,

They didn’t have simple toilet paper, the blankets were dirty

The property was acceptably clean and close to my wedding venue.

It was raining during our stay and the ground draining systems in front of the rooms was a problem, had to walk in the water to enter the room. The first morning went well, second morning we did not have water and had to wait approximately 3 hours for the water system to be resolved. The breakfast was a big failure.

Kabelo, the host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Although he initially couldn’t locate our booking, he apologised sincerely for the oversight, displaying genuine concern for the situation. He quickly took steps to resolve the issue, ensuring we felt valued as guests. His professionalism and warm demeanour left a lasting positive impression, turning what could have been a setback into a pleasant experience.

The room was disappointingly unclean upon arrival, with no running water from the basin and no hot water available in the morning for a shower. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi, the room lacked cupboards, and by the second day, the TV was not functioning. It was particularly frustrating to learn that the remote control had seemingly been given to other, presumably more important, guests. This experience fell far below expectations, leaving us feeling undervalued and uncomfortable. Basic amenities that should be standard in any accommodation were either missing or non-functional. The lack of attention to detail and guest prioritisation was unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

There is nothing to like about this place

The rooms smelled of tobacco. Had cockroaches. They moved us to a family unit, it was dusty everywhere. No toilet paper and towels. Dirty toilet, shower wasn't just dirty but the water was flowing in every other direction except over my head and it trailed all the way to the bedroom. Same problem with the other two showers. And one of them did not have a glass or curtain so water outflew everywhere that we ended up removing the shower head to allow water to flow in one direction. Breakfast was prepared for us. Beef bun, fries, and a pie. It looked not only unhealthy but disgusting too. And they prepared for 4 people while we were 5 so we had to share a plate. I don't mind the location because I needed to be as close as possible to where I had to go the next day hence I picked that location.

Bach up solar power......the pool......the party music.....the location.....easily accessible......the breakfast.....support staff......security......parking....though a bit cramped....

The hassle with finding the key to the room when the booking was long done and prepaid......no availability of the person in charge.....it was as if they didn't know that guests were coming.....the towels in the room.....only one..... Toiletries....,the decoder was nowhere to be found.....the remote.........I thought the reason for prepayment is to find tje room professionally prepared in good time before arrival of the guest ......they need to take guests seriously....

Breakfast was great. The staff is friendly and helpful.😊

1.There was no water to shower on our first night. We did not shower until the next day after 10h00. That is a big NO. 2. WiFi connection problem. 3. Our booking confirmation stated that the booking includes tea and coffee which was not available.
