Good location, close to the park and city center. Good value for money, if you dont care about how you sleep. Perhaps OK for one night.

We did not get a good night sleep. No nets on windows -> mosquitoes. There is a dog living right at the bedroom window and he was barking the whole night. Whole flat had an intensive parfume smell which was a bit suffocating. Perhaps it was to cover the smell of smoking inside.
