good location quiet

The property is very clean and the staff are very nice. I love the location and have stayed here previously, but the larger apartments have since been rented out long term. As a result, we stayed in the lower rooms, and the standard is far below the apartment. The standard is poor.

The mattress was an inner spring cheapy. Hard with springs bulging through. By the end of our stay I could barely walk. And only two old lumpy pillows. There is not a single facility in the room. Not a spoon, fork or cup. No kettle. No toiletries or soap. Nothing. I am seriously disappointed and thay was my last stay at Surfaris.

We love the location of Surfaris, it is right in amongst the action but as it is down a laneway is actually very quiet. The perfect hotel for us for our first and last nights in Bali before we head North

Nothing

It’s a peaceful authentic Balinese experience. The staff are so beautiful and accommodating. It’s clean. Nyoman doesn’t just come in and do a half hearted clean, she is methodical and doesn’t miss a thing… each and every clean! I don’t even do that at home. My friends and family came to stay and there was an opportunity to book rooms for them. The price is very affordable.

It’s booked out for my next visit.
