Location and the guesthouse interior

To give a feedback for improvement. Minibar was noisy but not an issue. You can always turn it off. Curtain did not cover the glass windows above the doors. Opposite room on the 1st floor could see inside.

"Muy cómodo"

Alojamiento muy espacioso. El personal muy amable, nos cambiaron la habitación a un apartamento sin coste. Está en el centro de Kuta pero no hay ruido exterior. A 15 minutos del aeropuerto.

close to the airport and close to the beach, nice and clean facility/room, sparcely decorated, large room, nice and helpful hosts, walking distance to many things, quiet and in the midst of things - perfect for the first night after arrival

Wat een fantastische plek toch! Nu voor de derde keer in Surfaris Inn! Zeer goed onderhouden, mooi groen, en alle rust in een grote stad. Zo vreselijk vriendelijke medewerkers ook!

La gentillesse du personnel. L'accueil 24h/24. Le calme et le cadre végétal très beau. La chambre était parfaite, bonne clim, propre et pratique. Salle de bain propre. La localisation proche de la plage

La piscine est vraiment petite. Pas possible de nager. La douche est que une douche "pluie" fixe (pas de douche flexible).

"Прекрасный оазис в шумной Куте"

Это потрясающее место! И мне есть с чем сравнить. Во-первых, очень большой номер, прям очень. Во-вторых, очень чисто (ещё раз повторюсь - сравниваю с другими балийскими отелями). Расположен очень удачно - рядом и магазины, и ресторанчики, и ТЦ, и до океана близко (лучше идти через ТЦ). При этом ночами тишина. Приятной неожиданностью стали завтраки, которые можно заказать на месте. Да, несколько блюд, зато очень дёшево +/- 250р. на одного. Кофе вкусный и кружка большая) Персонал прекрасный, отзывчивый, всегда во всем поможет. Уборка каждый день, только не забудьте уйти и оставить ключ, иначе вас просто побоятся потревожить. Бассейн маленький, но освежиться хватает. Пока это лучшее место на Бали, где мы были! Спасибо огромное прекрасным хозяевам. С любовью из России ❤️
