"A wonderful location in North Barranco within walking distance of many interesting points."

Great location, spacious, relatively quiet for a huge city like Lima, super comfy bed. Good kitchen equipment. Nice little touches like providing some bottled water, toiletries, and a couple of pillows to choose from. Very convenient 24h check in option.

I would have preferred to receive communication that my payment didn’t go thru a couple of days before my arrival, not on the day of arrival. When traveling, internet connection may be sporadic and credit card or banking details need to be handled on a secure network connection. Plus the thought that if the payment doesn’t go thru, the guest might be left with no place to stay. So, if there’s something to be improved, it’s being more prompt in communicating such issues.

"Superb"

The view was great from.the 20th floor. Hot shower and plenty of water. There was water and coffee left. We needed to leave our luggage but they don't allow that on reception so the management team came and took everything to their office close by. Good job!
