Simone is a great host. He was available all the time to answer questions and brought us a few items that we asked. The apartment is large enough, the area is quiet and the car can be easily parked around the corner. Well equipped kitchen, some groceries and water were available on our arrival, which was nice. Supermarket a few steps away.

A laundry machine in the apartment would be great. And a small table to sit outside. You can do laundry at a nearby location, we were on a tight schedule and could not use it. There is an air conditioner in the living room, the bedrooms are on the sea side and the temperature there is comfortable even for 30 degrees outside, but we were lucky to get close to 40 on some days and it was hard to sleep. I would score the apartment as 10 for shorter stays and/or cooler months.

The apartment was very large fir family of 5 it had everything we needed and owner Simone was super helpful in getting us reliable taxis to the airport

We were only needing a one night stopover flying in and out of Rome, so needed somewhere close to the airport but safe and secure. It was perfect for our needs.
