The location is good

We were very disappointed that despite being told the property had an enhanced clean before each booking there was a big clump of hair on the floor next to the bed. The shower gel was empty, the hand soap was almost empty in the bathroom. The toilet roll was nearly finished and hadn’t been changed for a new one. There were out of date (a month out of date) eggs on the kitchen table and an old apple. The bathroom door had no handle on the outside. Two of the kitchen drawers had broken handles. The sofa cushions were deeply marked. The kitchen bin had no liner in it and there were no liners for it in the cupboard. We went and bought one. We let the owner know that we weren’t happy with how the reality of the apartment doesn’t match up with the photos but we were rudely told that we were the problem and that apparently we were problematic and would not be allowed to stay again - because we had complained! It is the first time in years of using Booking com that I have ever made a complaint. The apartment was just not up to the standard it is advertised at. The electric shower only provides a tiny stream of water and has no power to it atall.

Location was perfect!! Stairs are a bit of a struggle but everything in the apartment was just what we needed All the small details and beautiful little touches were found all around the apartment which made it extra special

Stairs but I wouldn’t let that put a anyone off unless they have mobility issues
