ProRealty -2BR apartment with fantastic view to city

Beim Fenster öffnen lassen hört man das Lärm von Straßen bzw. Autobahn. Schlafen mit Fenster zu ist dann ok und ruhig. Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer wäre gut.

مرحبا ، في الحقيقه الشقه نظيفه ومرتبه وفيها كل شي تحتاجه لقضاء ليله او ليلتين . كل ماعليك هو الذهاب إلى كارفور وشراء مايلزم . صاحب الشقه متعاون

لايوجد مواقف ويمنع تماما الوقوف بالقرب من العماره ولكن يمكن استخدام مواقف كارفور ب 15 لاري اليوم وهذا متعب جدا إذا كانت معك أمتعه وترغب في قضاء ليله واحدة او ليلتين الشقه في الدور 21 مصعد واحد فقط إذا كنت ترغب في السفر إلى جورجيا ارجوك ثم ارجوك احذف تبليسي من برنامجك لا تستحق قضاء ساعه واحده فيها وليس ليله . الشقه موقعها يعتبر سئ . لن اكرر الزيارة إلى تبليسي نهائيا لدرجة اني ارغب في تعديل حجز الطيران والعودة عن طريق باتومي او اي مطار آخر حتى لا أعود إلى تبليسي .

سكن جميل وشقة رائعة وإطلالة جميلة من البلكونة

لا يوجد موقف سيارة ولكن تم حل الأمر بالاستفادة من المواقف المجاورة لكارفور مقابل ١٥ لاري باليوم

Everything was great

The host was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and responsive—meeting all our expectations with ease. We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The furniture, toiletries, and other amenities were all of top-notch quality. Highly recommended for anyone planning to stay in Tbilisi! A few things to note: While the building is still under construction, it didn’t affect our stay at all. I especially appreciated the password-protected elevator—it added a nice sense of security. The location is also excellent, with both a bus station and metro just a short walk away. Plus, the Wi-Fi was impressively fast. All in all, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Absolutely Nothing

The House it was new and clean. Everything required and much more was available in the house. The location of the house was good too. And the Host was very coordial and friendly.

The batroom or toilet was clean and good. However, it had slight plumbing issues, like the water faucet was slightly leaking and in the shower area, the water used to drain very slowly. Also, the fact that, they had only one bathroom for such a big house, all of us had to get in line, and wake up early to take a shower, to head out on time.

Excellent accommodation. Brand new. Clean, cozy, spacious. 2 big bedrooms with a lot of closet space. Comfortable beds. Has everything you need but no clutter or unnecessary mess around. Kitchen was great and well equipped. Large balcony with amazing view. Great location near metro and buses and very walkable. Tons of cafés and restaurants around. Gita was lovely and allowed us to see the apt before booking and was flexible and accommodating with check in and checkout times. Very pleasant stay !

The building is brand new and there's still a lot of construction going on. if you aren't home much during the day it's okay but there were times we wanted to relax or nap during the day and couldn't because of the noise. Not a problem in evenings. Furthermore, the hot water never became fully hot in shower which meant we weren't able to enjoy a nice warm shower ( and it was coold in tbilisi). We did ask Gita and she explained how to make it hotter but it didn't work. Only an issue in shower as the water was fine everywhere else in apt.
