Уютная квартира для продолжительного проживания, не далеко от станции метро. Оборудованная кухня. Рядом с квартирой 3 продуктовых магазина. Отличный быстрый интернет. В квартире поддерживается чистота.

Получение инструкций и заезд в квартиру напоминает прохождение квеста! Потрачено 3 часа времени на общение со службой поддержки и хозяином объекта размещения, 30 евро на телефонные переговоры и много нервов. Кухонная утварь в квартире требует замены (сковороды и кастрюли имеют поврежденную поверхность). Нет ни одно крышки для сковородок и кастрюль. Отсутствует пульт управления от телевизора. Полотенца требуют обновления и их не достаточно для длительного проживания. Матрас на кровати старый, не удобный, требует замены.

Almost Everything was great. The sofa and the bed were really comfy. The bathroom is quite large and really nice. Getting to the location was fairly easy and checking in was easy. The location is good, easy to get around. Thank you!

Parking, although mentioned that it is public it is quite difficult to find (lots of residents). The bathroom door handle is quite beaten up so we ended up not closing the door when going to the bathroom (a small inconvenience though).

We loved the apartment; it had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The apartment is in a quite neighborhood close to the metro station (under a 10-minute walk), which makes getting around the city a breeze. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable, the Wi-Fi is excellent, and if you are visiting in the colder months, know that the apartment is well heated. The host, Eva, is very attentive and was there for any questions we had. Check-in was super easy with clear instructions and pictures. All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű és aránylag jól felszerelt lakás. A bérbeadó nagyon segítőkész. Minden tájékoztatás időben megkaptunk.

Néha lehetett hallani a szomszédokat. De nem vészes.

Stayed at District 9 Apartments and loved it! The apartment was spotless, modern, and super comfortable — my son even wanted to give it a 10. The neighborhood is calm but super convenient, just a 5–7 min walk to the Blue Line metro near Semmelweis EOK. Éva, the host, was wonderful — kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. Only tiny suggestion: a washing machine would make longer stays even easier. Overall, a fantastic stay — 9.5/10. Would happily come back

Świetny kontakt z właścicielką mieszkania. Samodzielne zameldowanie kodami. Bardzo szczegółowa informacja jak dostać się do apartamentu. Mieszkanie dokładnie takie jak na zdjęciach. Ciepłe, przytulne i bardzo czyste. Pachnące ręczniki i pościel. Aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony. Spokojna dzielnica, blisko kilka sklepów (Lidl, Spar, Tesco).

Trochę daleko od centrum, ale spokojna dzielnica.
