Welcoming and helpful staff

No restaurant during week end but staff really helpful providing other means...

Everything was excellent. The staff were kind and very helpful, especially Khaleel, Tawfeeq, and Ali, as well as the woman from the housekeeping staff. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was very clean. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Hamra, with everything close by. I had a great experience overall.

single beds are extremely small. elevator is too small, slow, and not well ventilated. the room access card stopped working twice for unknown reason.
