V for view

einfach top! wir wurden persönlich empfangen. Apartment befindet sich in einem mehrgeschossigen Haus an der Promenade. Parkplätze findet man in den Straßen herum. Könnte mir vorstellen, dass es in der Hochsaison etwas schwieriger wird. Alles war neu. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Im Kühlschrank gab es sogar Getränke und ein kleines Frühstück, welches wir auf dem Balkon genossen haben. Die Lage ist perfekt, um abends Kalamata zu erkunden. Es gibt genügend Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der Strand (kleiner Kiesel) ist sehr schön. Georgia hat uns mit Tipps versorgt und war sehr fürsorglich.

A wonderful place to stay for a few days, in a perfect location: very comfortable bed, nice little kitchenette, lots of thoughtful touches, and most importantly...a view to die for. One of the best ever, by day and by night. We just sat on the terrace looking at it much of the time. It is on the main coast road, across the street from many seaside restaurants so you will hear life happening. There is a little beach less than 10 minutes' walk away, and the water there was gorgeous. Georgia, the host, took the trouble to come and meet us in person and answer any questions we had, which was very much appreciated. She was welcoming, helpful and hospitable and we would definitely stay here again.

Location was fabulous. Bed was super comfy

The host was very friendly and extremely helpful. The view was exceptional and the apartment position was superb, Good choice of restaurants and some shops nearby. Local bus service very good and frequent only 1.5 Euro wherever you went. Not too far from the main town centre and the old town (Again 1.5 euro on the bus.) The apartment had everything you needed for your stay. Good WIFI and nice large fridge freezer.

We where not happy with Booking.com as they did not make it clear this was an Airbnb and we needed to change our own sheets, towels etc and empty the bins ourselves especially the toilet bin was something we are not used to and Booking.com should have been more open and honest about what our commitments would be. This was not the Georgia's fault.
