Super clean. Great location. Loads of restauranst nearby and easy access from New Street station. Easy key collection.

The internet did NOT work throughout my stay despite regular contact with the management team. My biggest gripe was there were only flimsy blinds - this meant that ALL the street light s and the early morning light flooded the room. Black out curtains are REALLY needed. (I had to go out and buy a sleeping mask because it was too bright otherwise!)

The location of the property is excellent! The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were really helpful in answering any queries.
