Beautiful outlook towards mountains, especially in early morning light and sunset. Easy parking right in front of apartment. Clean, bright, well appointed. Very quiet and peaceful apartment, and lovely location generally. Short walk to coast. Beautiful part of the island, not far from Mirador del Rio. Good touring location.
Sound insulation perhaps not best (worried neighbours might be disturbed by radio in bedroom - we were concerned we might disturb them; we had no disturbance at all ourselves). Like many Spanish apartments, rooms a bit of an echo-chamber, but this was quite marginal and didn’t really detract from enjoyment. Very quiet and peaceful. Sofa not very comfortable - seat squab too short.
