The owner were very nice however really out the way to get to in a Sunday the bus only travels three times a day so getting back was a long two mile walk if you miss the time as no other option taxi was too much money if you are driving would be fine we got to see rural Tuscany and they have an over ground pool a big plus and lovely grounds to sit out by the pool take snack and drinks as none nearby unless want to walk. Their is a couple shops at end of road we only saw the pizza shop open maybe because we were out most the day pizza great price and the taste was perfect The owner gave us a lift to visit Pisa in the morning which was very helpful as at that stage we didn’t know bus times Great place for a few days would be better if had a car

The breakfast was in the room very basic a cake a small croissant and some hard bread in wrapper with jam The coffee was awful couldn’t drink it and no table to have breakfast certainly would not class this as bed and breakfast Room small and bathroom tiny

Instalaciones muy viejas, olía mucho a Lejía. Ofertaban desayuno incluido pero solo era un café de cápsula con magdalenas en la habitación.

Heerlijke plek in een rustige woonwijk in de omgeving van Pisa. Fijne ruime kamers. Vriendelijke gastheren. Ook een fijn groot opzet-bad om in af te koelen.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa struttura! I signori sono stati cordiali e sempre disponibili. L’area piscina era molto rilassante e pulita, ideale per momenti di vero relax. Anche i servizi erano ottimi e mantenuti con cura. Un grande punto a favore è il parcheggio interno gratuito, molto comodo. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Great location, beautiful Italian countryside. Our daughter loved the swimming pool! Friendly and helpful staff. Safe parking space. Comfy beds. Good wifi.

Transient AC issues. Fixed pretty fast.
