Nothing

The behaviour of staff. He literally forced me to pay 300 for checking in an hour prior. He was not ready to understand that i landed early and had no other option to go and was very tired. In the beginning he was demanding for 500 later i had to end up paying just to get into the room an hr pior. In addition to it i had requested to keep the room neat and clean when I entered the room found hair strands on the bed sheet.
