Villa Sayang Sanur 111 Villa-type villa with large living room and parking space

We stayed in a private villa that was part of a larger hotel complex and had our own private pool, which made it feel very relaxed and secluded while still having access to hotel facilities. We could also use the main hotel pool and gym, which was a great bonus. The location was excellent—about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The hotel is set down a quiet laneway, so it feels peaceful and private, but at the end of the lane there are plenty of shops and grocery options nearby, which was very convenient. We really enjoyed Forketta, a small Italian restaurant right next door with delicious pizza and pasta. The hotel also uses them for room service after 6pm, which was very handy and the kids especially loved this. Breakfast or lunch was included each day with plenty of choice and good quality food. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The villa was cleaned daily and kept very tidy. Having a washing machine and drying rack in the villa was especially useful for a longer stay and travelling with family. The spa on site was also excellent. All adults received a complimentary 15-minute foot massage, and we also enjoyed additional treatments including a cream bath massage and reflexology, which were very well done and reasonably priced.

There was nothing not to like. The staff were so helpful.

Property size is big, clean & comfortable and staffs are also very friendly & accommodative.

De villa voldeed geheel aan onze verwachtingen, 4 grote slaapkamers, ieder met eigen badkamer, een grote zitkamer en een gecombineerde eetkamer met keuken. Verder een privé zwembad. Ruim voldoende voor onze groep van 2 echtparen en 2 singles. Het ontbijt werd geserveerd van 7 tot 11 am in het restaurant, of kon dagelijks bezorgd worden. De keuze van ontbijt was goed, een bonus was de dagelijkse keus van diverse vruchtensappen. Het bedienend personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De hele villa werd dagelijks schoongemaakt en lakens, handdoeken etc. werden regelmatig verwisseld. Kortom ideaal voor een familie reünie. Het enige nadeel voor één persoon in onze groep in een rolstoel was de lange ingang, geplaveid met water doorlatende klinkers, vanaf de straat naar de villa, lastig te manoeuvreren met een rolstoel.

Niet een groot ongemak, in de badkamer van de master slaapkamer: onhandige douche, ongemakkelijke plaatsing van handdoekenrek en een moeilijk te openen kraan van de wasbak.

Our friends who had booked villa 1 and 2 had breakfast included, and our villa even though in the same complex didn't.

Nice layout and very good location

Cleaning could have been more regular and thorough. The villa is also not very well stocked.
