Stunning home and very comfortable bed. Great location. Bus stop around the corner with regular bus service straight into the city centre. Perfect for exploring. Grace was an amazing host. So kind and accommodating. Will definitely book again!

Really kind host who recommended places to visit whilst staying in Edinburgh. Clean and cosy room. Good location and bus stop around the corner with frequent buses that take you directly into the city.

Excellent room, comfortable bed, genius location - both the centre and the nature is close. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, hairdryer helped us a lot.

We shared the bathroom, kitchen and livingroom with the inhabitant of the other room - there was no interference, just the feeling of not being alone. 😅

Lovely large room with a massive bed, nicely decorated and basically had use of most areas in the house including kitchen and garden( except private areas as to be expected) Owner was very nice and helpful. There is a decent pub/ restaurant just round the corner

Grace is very friendly and accommodating. Room was nicely clean and presented. We had enjoyed our stay at Grace’s place. Thou the bed looks like king size, in actual fact it was 2 single beds joined together, but it poses no issue for us. Walk 4mins to a bus stop where bus 11 or 15 can get you to Princes street in 30mins. Overall will recommend Grace’s house to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

I had a fantastic stay at Edinburgh House! The owner was incredibly nice and made me feel very welcome throughout my visit. The house is conveniently located, just about 30 minutes from the city center by local transport, with late-night buses available, which made it easy to explore Edinburgh without any hassle. The cleanliness of the property was top-notch, and I was particularly impressed with the spaciousness of both the room and the garden. It was wonderful to have such a big and comfortable space to relax in after a day of sightseeing. Overall, a great experience—I would highly recommend staying here!
