Historic Jewel Walk to Eats & Shops

We stayed here during the International Black Film Festival, which had several meeting points. This house was very central/ close to all of them. The inside of the property is lovely. The beds were comfortable. The Bedroom in the back left side of the house was next to a walk way and you can hear people chatting and walking by all night. I would not designate that room to a light sleeper. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. I didn't hear any complaints from my crew. People in past reviews mentioned that people were walking around outside, which is accurate, but I never didn't feel safe. This home is located in the midst of two major Universities ( Vanderbilt, and Belmont). There is also an apartment complex right behind the house, so yes, people are outside but they are minding their own business. I loved the floor plan, it encourages community while still providing plenty of personal space. I would stay here again.
