The pool view

Condition wasnt as great as advertised, building was abit run down and aside from the view the pool was falling apart, elevators malfunction had to used the fire exit up and down the 7th floor for few days, poor water pressure and outage for almost 2 days. Poor air-conditioning in uncomfortable heat. Maintenance work and power tools used directly outside my room. Only hotel I had to pay for prior to arrival and I can see why. I've had much better stays for less than half the price and double the quality. Average stay but definitely overpriced felt opportunistic.

I liked the arrangement of the apartments, everything is very comfortable and quite clean. Beautiful view from the window. The furniture is dilapidated in places due to dampness, but it's not critical. The bed and linens are very comfortable. Wi-fi is stable. Good location - Surin beach and grocery store in 10 minutes walk, good cafes nearby.

Cons: No reception, not clear who I had to get the keys from, but they helped me quickly.

Broken toilet in the room on arrival. Was fixed 24 hours later. Two days later no water in the shower or sink. Was told it was a broken pipe outside the building and would be fixed within hours, it was not. Next day 2 service people shows up. Some nice brown water coming out from the sink and toilet. They said the water to my room was shut. Also no cleaning in a week, even after I specifically complained about the brown water and broken toilet. Also the wrong WiFi details was given upon arrival. I asked if they would make this experience up to me somehow since I was two days without working toilet or shower. No answer. But I did however get a reminder to check out at 11.00 am. Worst customer service ever.

The location was convenient for a planned meet up I had with friends or it generally wouldn't be an area which is our first choice. Very touristic, busy etc. You are within a 10 min walk to 7/11 and restaurants etc. The rooftop pool is a lovely size.

We had to ask for an extra key as we don't always go to the same place etc so we spent the first day tied down by only having one key. We asked for another duvet which we never received as the sofa bed was only fitted with a thin bottom sheet. We were staying for 5 days and there was no replacement of towels etc. The kitchen area is very difficult to actually use so although there is a toaster etc available there is a lack of sockets and worktop which equally made washing up difficult too, no where to dry dishes etc. We could also smell weed down the hallway which I know the owner can't control but still not pleasant when travelling with kids.

The cleaning is not included, you need to pay 600baht extra for cleaning We rented a room for 2 weeks and noone ever came to clean The whole building is really in bad condition - broken tiles in the pool and lights, paint falling off everywhere, leaking pipes everywhere (both sinks in the room furniture underneath was completely soaked) The water stream in the bathroom sink is extremely weak, you can hardly wash anything Fire hazard on top of the building where the pool is. I stopped the fire on the roof, it was starting from the heated burning on the sun decorative wooden pieces around plants.

Loved the pool and the roof top eating area. Beautiful views. Room was comfy enough for shower and sleep at the end of long days exploring Phuket.

the pool was so stunning and you could see the sea! They also had an amazing gym with loads of weights and everything you could need. These facilities were the biggest plus for me. it was also close to the beach which was nice. The apartment was a cute little size.

I didn’t like that the bin wasn’t changed as we had takeaway a few times and by the time we left we had small flies:/
