The villa is an newly built house with two nice bedrooms and one bathroom - great to share with friends! Extremely friendly host Mat who was taking so good care of us and provided everything we needed for our stay 👌

Only the roosters of the neighbourhood are an bit annoying but that’s nothing you can blame the host for 😅

What I really liked about the property was the pool, the beautiful outdoor space, and the privacy it offers. The host was also excellent — very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.

On the downside, there was a minor issue with the cleanliness of the villa, and the toilet gave us some trouble. Also, be aware that the property is not located directly on the main road — you’ll need to walk at least 50 meters on a dirt road with your luggage

Mat was an amazing host, he was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to any questions I had about the property. He greeted us upon arrival and also brought our bags down to the villa (it had just been raining so the long driveway was a little muddy). He thoroughly explained the property as well as great activities to do in town. It was so nice to have the private pool aswell which is maintained by the staff each day so it is in pristine condition. Overall the stay was superb we felt very at home here, would stay again. If you don’t have your own scooter it can be slightly more difficult (not impossible though) to hail a tricyle from the highway in the evening to go towards town. They do come by but often already have passengers. You can grab whatsapp details off a local tricycle driver if you like them and ask them to come pick you up at a specific time however will be at a slightly higher rate. We didn’t have any issues though, it just took a little longer than in the day time.

We loved the villa. It's located in a quiet place near the airport. The lady, her name is Sha, was very helpful. She met us when we arrived in the evening, and recommended a place for dinner and helped us to rent a bike which was delivered the next morning. The outside area was quite big and nice, the pool was big and clean. The villa inside was super clean, there was Netflix on TV. The cleaning staff came every day to clean the area and the pool, and they always sent us a message to make sure if it's ok if they come at this time. Thanks for respecting out privacy! Sha always asked if there is something she could help us with, thank you so much!

The only thing I would add is warm blankets. Even though it's warm, when we sleep with AC on, it's more comfortable to have a blanket, instead of the bedsheet we had.
