BRWhat a magnificent experience. Mikhaela (I hope this is the correct spelling of her name) was lovely and helped us with everything during our stay. She even offered to carry my suitcase upstairs.
The only problem was that we stayed on the last floor and there was no way to carry the suitcase (which was heavy) upstairs. Had to do it manually. But it was nothing that harmed the experience.
ITLa struttura è molto ben gestita: accogliente, con molti servizi extra (bollitore, tisane, forno a microonde), pulitissima, silenziosa. La signora Michela è cordiale e disponibile.
