Basilica 9 - Heart of the City

Apartment location is 11 out of 10 -- Opera and Basilica are 2-3 minute walk away (in opposite directions), and everything else is also right there within the walking distance. I don't think you can have a better location for visiting Budapest as a tourist. The apartment windows are facing the internal hallway/lobby, so there's zero noise from the street (and street noise is usually the biggest problem for apartments in the very center of the city). This is fantastic for people who just want to chill and relax instead of drinking the whole evening/night. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. It has everything you might need for your stay, and everything is brand new. Air conditioner is placed very conveniently, not going directly over the bed or other key areas where you might be present for a long time period. The owner is very friendly and helpful, we were very grateful to her for answering our questions and helping us feel comfortable and welcome. PS. Don't forget to ask the owner how to open/close the window shutters! It's not exactly intuitive if you're not from Hungary.

The bed is a bit too narrow for 2 persons (140 cm wide).
