The apartment is large enough to comfortably accommodate 5 people. If you are driving, it is conveniently located for trips to the south-eastern beaches. There is a large Carrefour nearby for shopping.

The photos made the apartment look much better than it actually was. I understand that rent in Sardinia is overpriced, but for that much money, renting out a place in such a state is too much. The terrace could have been the highlight of this apartment, but it was in such a bad state that we didn't really want to spend time there. The neighbors smoke all the time in the evening time and it's impossible to go to bed with the windows open, you have to close them. You'll have to buy literally everything for your stay in the apartment - bin bags, toilet paper, etc. There is no kettle in the kitchen, so we had to boil water for tea in a saucepan. The area where the apartment is located looks very unkempt and dirty, as if we were in some poor African city. It doesn't look like a European resort at all. Every year we rent accommodation in different parts of Europe several times, but this apartment has the worst price/quality ratio. There is no communication with the owner, as they don't respond to messages.

Shower is too small, I had to wiggle around just to wash my feet and I'm only 1,70 m. Very loud neighbors next to the back patio and also from the apartment above. The apartment was clean only on the surface, during our stay white fluff kept coming out from corners and from under the bed. They don't clean the apartment even if you stay 2 weeks but if you pay you can get it cleaned! Also they don't give enough bedsheets and towels to change during your stay so you end up cleaning and washing just like home although you're on vacation and pay a hefty amount of money per night, not fair!
