"Overall good stay and great apartment"

Location was fabulous. Clean and spacious.

Reception staff were not helpful. We were unable to lock the patio doors. Advised reception on arrival day and didn’t hear anything from them again. Asked three times at reception about hiring bikes. Staff either didn’t know or were not helpful. We hired biked externally from the accommodation. Property should not advertise that bike hire is available at reception
