The layout of the apartment was open and spacious.

We had a very bad experience. They stopped answering our messages shortly after we checked in, and even Booking.com couldn't get in touch with them. Only at our check-out date did they send an automated message. We wanted to leave after the first night, it took days for them to agree to a refund, and in the end they claimed that we refused the refund...We received no refund. 1. The location was different than advertised & was next to a busy road & gas station - the bedroom windows shook through the night when cars went by. We expressed this concern when we arrived. First we were told it was the same location as advertised, then we were told it was actually a better location than advertised. We bought earplugs to be able to sleep properly. 2. When we arrived there was no running water until the next day. No response when we asked the property about this. 3. We pulled back the sheet to go to bed & there were long black hairs all over the sheets and pillows. We slept in the single beds downstairs which felt unclean. The next day I found someone who worked there & she sent a message for the sheets to be changed. No one ever came. I asked twice. Nothing. We washed the sheets with my hair shampoo. 4. The 1 roll of toilet paper ran out & since there is no concierge I searched around the pool bathrooms & found some. 5. The private pool on the roof was lovely to look at, but unclean & smelled quite putrid. The most upsetting thing was to be ignored when we had legitimate concerns. The property said we were complaining we didn't have an ocean view...This wasn't true. It was the falsely advertised location next to a gas station, no water, unclean sheets, and the neglectful communication & customer service throughout the stay that we found unacceptable. Once they finally responded after check-out, they said we wouldn't be able to write a review because we were so difficult. We're pretty reasonable people...

Having my own plunge pool on xmas day. What a beautiful apartment. Big apartment and just felt at home.

The apartment was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The gated community felt very safe and the complex was quiet. We loved watching the sunset from the private pool and the TV room is a nice place to chill. The kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-equipped and the beds are very comfortable.

Unfortunately during our stay, there was construction work going on opposite the apartment and for two nights there was scaffolding up round a sign with workmen on it that was level with the private pool until 10 pm. The private pool was clean but unfortunately the communal pool in the complex was not.

Nice spot in Aldea Zama, this apartment is sorrounded by stores and restaurants. You need to use a car is you want to go the beach or dowtown. Staff was very attentive.

Plenty of space, everything mostly in good condition with some roughy edges that did not detract much from experience. Kitchen is great, some things missing but we messaged Itzel and she took care of it right away. Great stay!

The small private pool does not have any view of the trees any more due to construction, and that same construction brings a lot of dust in, making the pool dirty. Not great to walk around, but hardly anything in Tulum is.

Nice and spacious apartment. The host and concierge were both very reactive through whatsapp messaging. Easy access to the apartment with a keybox at the front door.

The noise from the building site behind the apartment, which is of course out of the owners control. There is lot of construction going on in this area, as this part of the city is in full expansion.
