The bedroom although small was very well equipped, the breakfast was excellent value for money, the area where breakfast was served was very pleasant, food was hot and served quite quickly

There is no atmosphere where you have breakfast, I think some soft music or news would help, there person taking our order didn't get this right, we ordered poached eggs and received fried, normally the service is impeccable but not on this stay, when Matthew is on breakfast he is very attentive, but overall is was good

The bedrooms are well furnished to a high standard with extremely comfortable mattresses, bedding and pillows. The team were very welcoming throughout our stay and responded well to any requests. We liked it so much we ate in the bar and conservatory on booth nights and really enjoyed everything we ate. We selected breakfast on our second day and I can recommend the full English option, accompanied by a great flat white.

Nothing to dislike!

nice room . food was lovely . Staff at breakfast were great .

Didn’t like the check in . Was an uphill battle as staff were busy serving at the bar / serving meals . Didn’t get any information on dining / breakfast times etc . , in fact no information about anything .We were given our key and told your room is up the stairs . Only after eating in the evening we enquired about breakfast only to be told you need to fill in an order form ( no info prior to this ) . Think you could get a complimentary bottle of water in your room also !
