The properties in a nice quiet location garden nicely enclosed and very private

One of the toilets didn’t flush properly, and if you’ve locked the door you couldn’t get back out a lot of open plugs with exposed wires the telly in the kitchen/sitting room did not work as you could only watch ITV on it and the flooring is coming up in the kitchen, which is quite a trip hazard as well as some broken tiles on the patio

Really big house and the garden secure for dogs. Grandsons loved the TV/ bedroom snug to sleep in.

Wished there had been curtains in the master bedroom instead of blinds. Even though they were integral electric blinds they didn’t keep the light out. Minimal cutlery and glasses when we arrived. Wasn’t enough for a family of 6. This was prompted sorted though and more were delivered.

The property was clean and quirky , the garden was amazing too

Very spacious, pretty much exactly how it was described. Hot tub was lovely. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The shower in the main bathroom only comes out hot, there is no cold water and my boyfriend got burnt whilst trying to shower. All 4 of us had to use the en-suite shower - which has been mentioned in another review. They also didn’t provide toiletries, which is fine, but it said on the booking that they would be provided so we didn’t bring any, which resulted in us having to go out to the shops and buy some.

The property was beautiful very modern and nice to look at the hot tub ok, the garden was fabulous nice and peaceful for relaxing in beautifully done and again very modern 10/10 for the back garden Hand rails or a hand rail to come off the grass onto the patio for us disabled folk that are a little unstable would be my only criticism otherwise perfect !

Unfortunately we had a few issues one being no bedding that did get sorted via messages to and from the occupiers which was great so no complaints there really Some constructive criticism now - The main bathroom shower missing the hose so when the shower was put on it was boiling hot water only that came out no cold came out through the shower head it came out via the hole where the hose should have been, luckily it wasn’t my 6 year old who got scolded it was my mum. The cleanliness of the place was not very good considering we couldn’t get in the property until 3pm so the cleaners could go in l, we have no clue what they cleaned tbh There was immense amount of dust on shelves and in many other places There were many hand prints all on the kitchen cupboard doors and the front of the fridge grubby looking and out us off The work surfaces were sticky and tacky The kitchen sink needed cleaning by us The floor hadn’t seen a vacuum or sweeper or mop our feet were dirty if walking around bare foot There was a leak in the main bedroom from the radiator so we put a small plastic container down so it didn’t further wet the carpet The shower floors are extremely slippery no safety flooring or grip flooring in place at all I had with me my mum who has had a stroke and my gran who is nearly 95 this wasn’t ideal with no non slip floors I tried to shower in the bath instead so I didn’t slip and that was just as bad unfortunately. The sofa bed is the most hardest and uncomfortable bed I have ever laid on didn’t sleep for the two nights whilst there. The bin was full on arrival - I contacted the occupiers and they did deal with this and it was emptied the next day so can’t fault them for that it just wasn’t nice to arrive to. The tv in the kitchen diner area is a night mare to use can’t watch half the stuff or work out how to use them No batteries in the remotes either

Everything was on point there was nothing to not like about it
