"Cazare cu terasă in Sevilla"

Locația un primul rând și raportul calitate preț.

Fiind situat la etajul 3, scările înguste și greu de urcat cu bagaje. Pentru noi a fost Ok, dar pentru alte persoane cu probleme de mobilitate poate nu e locul indicat.

Lage und die Terrasse

Unangenehmer Geruch, Wohnung hatte wohl einen Wasserschaden. Schimmel. Fenster nicht verriegelbar, wollte man auch nicht schließen, wegen Geruch. Die Terrasse war eine kleine Entschädigung.

"Decepción pese a la buena ubicación"

La ubicación del alojamiento es buena, ya que está bien situada y facilita moverse por la zona. Sin embargo, la experiencia dentro del estudio no ha sido satisfactoria.

El espacio es muy pequeño y presenta varios problemas de mantenimiento. La ducha tiene muy poca presión de agua y resulta difícil regular la temperatura. La cama es bastante incómoda, lo que dificulta el descanso. El aire acondicionado no funciona correctamente. Además, el estado general del alojamiento deja que desear: el suelo y algunas paredes están dañados, hay bastante humedad y la ventana no cierra bien. Las escaleras para acceder son muy estrechas, lo que puede resultar incómodo o incluso peligroso para algunas personas. En cuanto a la limpieza, es mejorable; durante la estancia incluso apareció una cucaracha, lo cual es bastante desagradable.

Struttura scelta per la sua posizione centrale. Permette di raggiungere facilmente la stazione dei treni/auobus in pochi minuti a piedi. Consigliata per una o due persone e per soggiorni brevi, massimo due notti. Positivo il fatto di avere un bagno privato in camera.

La camera non è grandissima e non dispone di armadi o altri spazi dove riporre i propri oggetti. Poca cura nella pulizia e manutenzione della stanza. Prezzo un po' troppo alto per una sola notte.
