"Poor"

The street was dirty and the entrance to the apt was not very nice. But the worst was that the toilet would not flush. When I contacted the owner she blamed me for not pushing the button enough times and then suggested I use a bucket on the porch. The worst place I stayed in 6 weeks of travel.
