"A great stay for Hereford and surrounds."

8.0

Lovely main building. Rooms are in a separate building and it all appears well maintained. My room was nicely decorated and comfortable.

Nothing.

"Beautiful room in a beautiful location."

8.0

Lovely spacious, beautifully appointed room and comfortable bed.

No plug sockets near a mirror to be able to use hairdryer etc and had to wait until very late for table booking in the pub.

"Very confortable. Friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent!"

9.0

Location good. An easy drive to Hereford and Hay-on-Wye.

I couldn’t get the TV remote control to work even after a member of staff supplied new batteries. Not a major problem for me but may be for others who are relying on watching the TV.

Was upgraded to larger room at no charge due to booking issues. Nice village location, nice pub. Delicious food.

A little road noise if the windows are open,.

"Great staff, great food."

8.0

Great staff, great food, great location. Comfortable bed. Very clean room and bathroom. Very dog-friendly.

The rooms are in a barn adjacent to the pub, which is perfectly fine. Unfortunately, if anyone in the building uses the bathroom at any time, the noise of the water flowing through the pipes, flows through to every other room. This is pretty disturbing at 3am. If you have a ground floor room, as we did, you can hear guests upstairs walking around their room, on the hard floors and the window is directly onto the pavement outside the barn. Small criticisms, but worth noting.
