Mieszkanie dla 2 osób byłoby ok. Dla czterech osób bardzo ciasno. Brak miejsca w kuchni przy rozłożonej kanapie. Czystość na średnim poziomie.

Malo miejsca w całym mieszkaniu, niedomyta kabina, klejąca sie podloga w lazience. Dramatycznie niewygodna kanapa w kuchni.
