Elegance Retreat - 2 Bed Holiday Home with Parking

The style and the comfort was top tier. 10/10

Property was great, the towels were rather small (like a hand towel) would be better to have larger towels after shower.

The property is in great condition and has great amenities. Comfortable furnishings makes it a place where you can relax. On a main bus route into the city centre, the bus stop is just down the street. Also a short drive away from a Tesco Extra for decent food shopping. The property was well stocked with what you would expect, toilet paper, towels, washing up liquid, dish washer tables, kitchen towel. To me this stuff is important as it helps me to keep the house clean and tidy. I don't want to be bring these sorts of things with me for a weekend away. The host was exemplary. Provided some tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread and snacks to make sure our stay was comfortable. Non of this is essential as we brought our own, but it's still a nice touch.

A few nicks, scratches and signed of wear and tear could do with touching up. A curtain rail was an issue that was about to fall off the wall. The back door lock could do with fixing/replacing, but the host was really helpful at trying to fix the curtain rail problem.

The host was very accommodating, we spoke prior to check-in, I asked if we could check in early to help us out and Aniket was very helpful, allowing us to check-in a couple hours early. He left us some refreshments in the house. The house was great! Really large, modern space with all facilities necessary- pots, pans, mugs, tea, milk, towels etc. Easy parking too. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Aniket.

Location was very good, only a 13 min drive from centre of Manchester. I like the size of the bedrooms, nice and spacious. The home was clean.

The back gate was unlocked with no bolt so easy for anyone to walk into the garden. Ended up taking our car keys out with us as the car was parked the other side of the gate, even though we were using Ubers to get around.

The house is new and very well equipped, in particular the kitchen The owner with communication very effective and clear, helpful for many things Dedicated parking Little garden, unfortunately not used due to bad weather

Cleaning to be improved, in particular the sofà

The host was very friendly and welcoming

It wasn't exactly clean, there were mosquitoes on the ground floor. The bin was dirty

It was very comfortable, in a good location and the whole place was lovely!
