Very clean and comfortable, great location- walking distance to the train station.

Comido y bien ubicado a pesar de no estar céntrico. Cafeterías para desayunar o tomar algo al lado y con gente muy amable

Nos costó un poco encontrar la puerta de acceso desde la calle y cómo abrir ya que era todo automatizado. sin presencia física personal pero tras la primera vez luego fue sencillo. Todo parking de pago aún estando a las afueras

Very near to the centre of Bologna, about a 10 minute walk, in a quiet neighbourhood, well equiped.

The location was perfect, just a few steps from the train station which made traveling really convenient. The host was very easy to communicate with, his English was great, and he patiently answered all our questions before and during our stay. He was also very accommodating and thoughtful, even taking the time to personally wait for us to arrive. That made us feel very welcomed and taken care of.

No complaints, we had a good stay.
