Kalamper Hotel & Spa

Lokacija je fantastična. Super je što hotel ima svoju plažu, spa i teretanu, restoran na vrhu zgrade sa super pogledom. Apartman je bio prelep i prostran. Osoblje vrlo ljubazno.

Doručak bi mogao biti malo raznovrsniji. Konobari u Beach baru malo da se saberu (neorganizovani su). Sasvim sigurno dolazimo opet!

Great location right in front of beach with stunning views over the bay. Room was good size, bed very comfortable and there was a balcony with tables and chairs and a nice sea view. Breakfast was generally very good with plenty of food options and plates of fruit. Unfortunately the breakfast experience was let down by the atrocious coffee machine which served a tasteless black broth. We asked the waiter for our coffees to be made by the barista and begrudgingly he said yes. Thankfully these coffees were excellent. The rooftop restaurant was a great place for lunch/dinner. They have their own beach bar and loungers on the beach, right across the road from the hotel. The platforms are great to swim off and there’s a number of ladders you can use to get out of the water. Most staff were friendly and helpful.

There is no rooftop swimming pool. There’s an atrocious coffee machine at breakfast serving tasteless liquid. Ask for coffee from the Barista (they will try to talk you out of it, but insist). We had a problem with the aircon, which wasn’t working. The lady at reception said there was nothing wrong and that 24.4C is the normal temperature in the hotel (which just isn’t true). We insisted on getting the air-conditioning checked by a technician who confirmed that it was faulty and that the filter needed replacement. Once that was done the aircon started working and the room cooled down. The key learning is that if there’s an issue and staff are reluctant to solve the problem, you have to insist that something is done.

Hotel je lijep, čist, udoban, sobe prostrane sa pogledom na more. Što se tiče samog objekta, zadovoljan!

Osoblje i usluga je takvo da Hotel sa razlogom ne moze imati 5. zvezdicu. Izdali su nam sobu u koju smo ušli, prljava je bila od prethodnog gosta, pa su se izvinili i dali drugu sobu. Čekanje ispred SPA recepcije 15 minuta jer nema nikog na recepciji, da bi se prijavili i dobili instrukcije. Po izlasku iz hotela, tokom plaćanja boravka, recepcionerki na recepciji mi kao gosti persiramo, a ona nama nije imala ni namjeru. Hotel je i više nego dobar, za odmor i ljetovanje fantastično ali osoblje bi trebalo više kontrolisati i edukovati, jer ovo i nije neki jeftin i smiješan objekat u kom se i ne mora previse voditi računa o gostima.

Люблю Добро-воду и этот отель удобно расположен в самом центре. наличие спа является большим плюсом. но важно понимать, что спа находится на цокольном этаже и не имеет выхода на улицу. Но мы были не в сезон и дети купались и были счастливы. Завтраки хорошие.

Апартаменты были большими, но не достаточно продуманными. В коридоре не было крючков (для ветровок или халатов) или тумбочки для сумок и ключей. Стол был предусмотрен только на террасе. Номер был старенький, ожидала немного другого от этого отеля за такую стоимость
