★ OCEANFRONT: Luxury Breathtaking Views and Pool ★

Not a problem overall it is a big apartment convenient to waterfront and a short walk to centre of Olhao which we love and to the ferry’s to the Fabulous islands.

It’s advertised as breathtaking ocean views and you would assume that was water ,it’s near the front yes but your view from all rooms is houses, it is near the waterfront yes. It was very hard to sleep after 615 every morning as a large fan noisemakers that the apartment is built over started and carried on and I am not a light sleeper. It’s nice apartment but walls need a paint it’s all scuff marks.

Location was excellent. Lots of places to eat nearby. Short walk to the ferry for the islands.

Was told they didn’t get confirmation of the booking so the travel cot wasn’t there on arrival (11pm) at night so had to put the baby in bed with us. Check out was 11am and with 4 kids wanted to use the pool early morning before checking out but the key fob stopped working for access so was a little disappointing.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. Great location and great facilities. Not sure why anyone has left bad reviews previously. We didn’t have any bad experiences. It’s a max 5min walk to a lively marina. The pool is great also.

The apartment was beautiful. Everything you needed was there. Very spacious.

The term luxury breathtaking views was not correct. The view from the balcony was of waste ground. The ground area itself at the apartments are looking very tired since we last visited.

The dividing door between the main bedroom and the smallest bedroom did not close/screwed open so as we no privacy /noise etc between those two rooms ,would be good for families but we were a group of ladies wanting our own space .

Good enough space for our whole family of 8. There was an air conditioning in every room. When we rented a car it was easy finding parking and the apartment is close to the roof pool. The host always answered our questions right away. Enough bathroom-facilities for everyone.

The neighborhood was terrible and felt unsafe for us as a family . It seemed like there was a lot of people dealing and doing drugs in the old town of olhão, close to the apartment. Every night there were cars parked outside the apartment with young people smoking marihuana. There were loose dogs nearby tuning towards tourists. The apartment is next to a building area as well. Honestly, the location was terrible, especially for families with kids.

the location wasn’t ideal; 15 minutes walk from the centre of town. “Oceanview” - well, no. The lagoon was just visible in the distance if one leant out over the balcony. The view was actually of a stretch of derelict waste ground. Communication with the managing company wasn’t brilliant; they only used computer-generated messages & didn’t reply to specific queries. The representative at check-in spoke only Portuguese; we tried a range of European languages as well as English, but no response.
