USGreat location very close to the city center but on a low traffic street. The beds are very comfortable with nice linens and good window coverings which kept out most of the light. The apartment is fairly spacious. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed to make full breakfasts. Victor is a great communicator. He responds almost immediately and is very service oriented. We were in town during a particularly warm weekend. We asked Victor about a fan and he delivered a very nice fan that same day. The fan made the apartment quite comfortable notwithstanding the unusually warm weather. The apartment is an excellent value.
The apartment is old and very basic. It could stand an update. The common areas, including the shared courtyard, the laundry room and the trash room are dirty and quite tired. We could hear the people the apartment above us. They woke us up a few time but didn’t significantly impact our ability to sleep. There were sometime people smoking in the shared courtyard close to our front door which meant we sometimes had to close the front window to keep the smell out of the apartment.

Because of high temperatures outside, apartment got hot and no fans existed, so that is something i hope they have bought and added 1-2 of to property after this review
