Omg it was amazing. Great use of small space with great outdoor space and parking. Very quiet location despite being just off a road.

The gate didn’t have a tie to hold it while open and it was very windy. Hence the gate kept blowing back before I could get the car in. So adding that would make it perfect.

Lovely quirky place to stay. Sofa bed was comfy enough and the heating kept it cozy. Excellent shower too. Perfect place for couples wanting somewhere different to stay and to explore County Durham from.

It didn’t bother us (we didn’t use it), but the tv is perhaps a bit awkwardly positioned. This is necessitated by the space though.

This property is just so cosy and private.. the set up of it is amazing and the best thing about it your dogs are welcome to stay with you too!! It’s got all the utensils and things you’d need for the night or a few nights and such a nice shower for a small space! Recommend anyone to give this place a try

Quirky. Tastefully designed. Quality furnishings. So so peaceful situation.

No instructions to manage the heating (if there were, I couldn’t find them).

So cute. Was lovely and warm for us arriving the heat stayed all night. Very clean and so quirky

The sofa bed

Loved the location and the view did not disappoint looking over the Moores, but at night was what sold it for us. The stars with a clear night and the lessened light pollution were amazing .

Only thing that could have been better would have been a secured bed, could add throw pillows along the back so it looks more like a sofa during day .
