Renovated 3-bedroom House in Nature - Iskia Estate

The house is wonderful, cozy, all the necessary supplies are there. There is also a set of towels for each person. There is a coffee machine with coffee. Great view on the terrace, quiet and peaceful! This house exceeded all expectations!

Place was super clean and comfy, you have absolutely everything family might need, even the board-games. Design is done with exceptional taste. Location is great, because you are not far from all the sights and far from the car noise.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the newly renovated 3-bedroom house in Martvili and it was an absolutely amazing experience. One of the highlights of this getaway was the peaceful porch outside, where I found it very peaceful. I even had the chance to practice yoga there. The house itself is in the middle of nature, with no surrounding buildings or people. The wooden accents in the furniture caught my eye, adding a warm touch to the modern interior. You can find everything in the house, modern amenities like high-speed internet, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and air conditioning. It's a place where you can disconnect from the world, unwind, and just rest. I highly recommend this modern retreat if you're looking for a tranquil escape.

I had the chance to stay at the recently redone bungalow in a calm rural area, and it was really great. The house looks really nice with all the new wooden stuff and furniture they've put in. It's big enough for seven people, so my group fit in comfortably. The best part was the big green yard around the house. It was so peaceful to hang out there, play games, and enjoy the fresh air. The place was really quiet, which was a nice change from the city noise. And I was impressed by how clean and neat everything was when we got there. Overall, I had an amazing time at this bungalow. It's a perfect spot if you want a break from the city and want to relax in a cozy place surrounded by nature. Whether you're going with family or friends, this bungalow is a great choice for a calm and comfy getaway.

We really enjoyed how comfortable the beds were and loved how the living area was connected to the kitchen. We also spent a lot of time on the deck in the sun, a perfect way to read a book and relax surrounded by nature. They also provided board games which we had fun playing.

Nothing, we had a great time and it was easy to navigate with the information provided by the hosts before we arrived.

It was nice to be out in the city, nice location for sure. The place was quite clean. The beds were comfy. Liked the list provided of restaurants in the area.

Was a bit let down with the service. No one was there to greet us, though had informed them of our estimated arrival time. And instead we had to wait around before letting ourselves in. When we went to leave for breakfast the next morning we had a neighbor come run at us to pay, though we were returning. Was unclear with the checkout procedures, and end up having to leave money on the table since one was around to collect the pay/the key when we departed. The wifi code/name provided were outdated. The place looks but can tell it was cheaply made, which for the price was a bit of a let down. The door handle for the bathroom did not work properly and one of us got stuck in the bathroom. The shower flooded into the bathroom after a 2 minute shower.

The beds were really comfortable with clean sheets and towels. The view was lovely and our family really liked how cozy the big table in the kitchen was and the coffee machine was a really nice addition!

There were no oven/microwave and no toaster which would've been nice. A bug window net would also have been a nice addition so we could keep the windows open without bugs getting in :)
