Comfortable, spacious, clean and warm room with good furniture. The room had everything for a short stay. The bed was very good. There is good new restaurant down the stairs and convenient parking. The location is the most central you can find in Viljandi.

The stairway to the second floor should be finished. It is safe to use but it does not look good if compared with very fresh and clean condition of the building.

I didn't meet the owner but when I arrived to the place I spoke with him on the phone. He replied usually quite fast.

Unfortunately people had been smoking in the room so I just couldn't stay in the apartment overnight. I tried to keep the windows open for a while to get some fresh air but the cars were quite loud so I had to close the windows. I booked another place and let the owner know via a message. He had sent me a message and had suggested that I could try another room but I had left already.
