Mountain Vista - 5BR Home with Mountain Views

The location and layout of the home are excellent. The view each morning is just fantastic. Beds are comfortable, facilities are in good condition overall, rooms are both large and bright

The pool heat was not on/working for the first half of our stay, the hot tub was hot enough, but the jets barely functioned. There was a medium sized dead bird left/not noticed by the cleaning/maintenance staff that was in the window well right next to our front door. The house looks/feels a little 'tired'; there is a significant soft spot in the floor of the kitchen near the fridge, some of the repair work that has been done is a little sloppy looking & cloth portion of the awning is starting to deteriorate. Lastly, we were a group of 10 and there are just 10 dinner plates & 10 mugs, so we had ensure that we did dishes each time between meals which was a bit inconvenient.
