Lovely touches to make welcoming ie table laid, tea bags, sugar etc (not that I used any as inappropriate for me and had my own teas), flowers/plants even if not real. Huge TV! Large walk in shower. Location ideal for the venue I went to.

Didn’t feel over comfortable with walk from station or even to venue. Everywhere so empty and quiet!

We had everything we needed.

There are no recycling bins and no space for shoes at the entrance.

Tidy and cosy apartment, nice balcony space included. We stayed in apartment 3. Only stayed for 1 short night so didn't get a chance to inspect everything, but crockery such as plates and glasses were included, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, towels, bog roll etc. TV is big and we were able to watch Netflix during our stay. The location is very good, just outside the ring road around the city centre and very close to uni of Sheffield buildings (~5 mins walk). Getting into the place was easy and simple and the check out was just as easy.

Wish there was an ashtray out on the balcony, I was reluctant to smoke there as there isn't a place to dispose of cigarette ends.

The apartment is beautiful!!! Stunning, had everything we needed. Great location. Easy check-in. There is street parking but we had already paid for parking. Good size. Not spotless but clean enough.

Difficult to get a reply from the host. The deposit wasn't explained very well. The apartment needs sound proofing. You could hear everything from the corridor and the apartments above and outside.

Initial notification gave the wrong apartment number - only after trying lockbox several times that I checked the messaging again & flat no. had changed. Other than that minor issue, all was great.

Convenient location. Clean, smart and comfortable. I raised a housekeeping issue late Friday night. It was dealt with by the time we got back in on Saturday evening.

I booked for 3 people, but I needed to request a duvet cover for the sofa bed when we arrived. (It was provided promptly the next day.) I booked and paid for "superior apartment with balcony". The apartment we were allocated didn't have a balcony. I could have done with some instructions for the heating. It put itself up to 27 early in the morning!
