It has everything that you'd expect, everything is fairly new and in a good condition. Exceptionally good location

A bit noisy and bed is too soft for me, yet someone might prefer beds like that

I liked the cleanliness and the location was awesome. The flat had a well equipped kitchen with all the appliances you might need for a short stay. Bathroom was nice and one of the best showers I have found. My only issue was the sink, it was very tiny.

I didn't like the amount of brightness coming in through the windows in the morning, there should have been blackout curtains. In terms of noise was quite bad specially the last night. Somebody was having a party in the flat beside us and people kept coming in and out to the street and you could hear all the noise. There is nowhere to keep your luggage before check-in so you need to spend quite a bit of money on a locker to keep your bags.

Missing hangs for towels in bathroom.

Location in the center, close to the station. Clean room with all necessary amenities.

Sink in the bathroom is too small, no towel hangers in the bathroom. The entrance code was not sent when I've completed online check in, it took some time to contact the hotel and receive it.

I think that the €300 deposit is a bit high, but everything in accommodation was good :)
