"Very pleasant and comfy stay"

Warm welcome. Amiable, helpful, and very responsive staff. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Typical Italian breakfast in a very cozy dining room with various sweet delights and tasty coffee.

Long waiting time for hot water under the shower is activated using the sink simultaneously. The owner said that it will be fixed. The room description had a garden view, but our window was facing the wall.

very pretty house in quiet location

we decided to walk to the property from the train station (we were offered a lift but preferred to walk as been sat all day). the steps were very steep

"beautiful place and amazing host"

phillip was amazing host, he took care of every detail and was always available for any question. he even let us have breakfast later since we fell asleep and have late checkout. location is really good, right by a free parking street. beautiful antique house remodeled.

nothing bad, it was really a great place to stay
