Very nice atmosphere, very hospitable and friendly hosts. A large house with a large living room and a spacious kitchen with a huge fridge and access to equipment needed to prepare food. The bedroom is small but with a comfortable bed, air conditioning and TV. Outside there is a patio with comfortable sofas and tables where you can have breakfast and in the evening sit with a bottle of something 🤪 In addition, there is a large space around the house. There are also nice dogs and a sheep that sometimes visit guests. Close to the town with a supermarket and wonderful beaches. Simply put, Katie and Pino are fantastic people. Best regards.

The house is very nice and simple with a friendly family. Very close from the villasimius beaches. The bed from our room very comfortable. We felt like it was our home.

This was an absolutely amazing stay. I have no words to describe this beautiful and perfect stay. All i can say is thank you for the experience of a proper Sardinian life 😁. The host Katja prepared a sardinian dinner for all the guest which was the best. We met different people from around the world and we had a chance to try home cooking sardinian food which cant be compared to any restaurant. 10 is not enough to descrobe this perfect accomodation.

To be honnest, the house and the hosts are amazing. We feel at home with private spaces. The location is really good by car to all the beaches. It was a great pleasure to discover Sarde culture thanks to the hosts.

The hosts were amazing, they organized a big sardinian dinner (which was really good) for all the guests, we had music and dancing so we could hang out. The house was awesome, there is a really nice view from the terrace. 10/10 would recommend

They speak just a few words of english, but we managed to communicate normally.

Everything was amazing!! The place itself is massive and you have access to all of the facilities. The bed is super comfy and the hosts also rent out cars and bicycles if you want to hire some. The dog Napo is so friendly, and we were greeted by a few gorgeous kittens. They also have a sheep called Ketty and some chickens in a den. The breakfast spread is fantastic: croissants, watermelon, cactus fruit, pears, cookies, coffees, juices, spreads and teas, and it was all provided for free. The accomodation is about a 45 minute walk from the centre or a 10-15min bicycle ride or short car journey. The hosts even dropped us off at the bus station when leaving. Overall, would highly recommend, it was great. We were also offered a traditional Sardinian meal one night. Finally the views are superb.
