GBA lovely well equipped modern apartment with a great balcony and stunning view of the surrounding hills snd Perugia itself. A car is recommended as location is in a very quite and isolated location which was ideal for us .
the only issue we had was the hot water on the shower had a habit of running cold intermittently.
ITVery clean, comfy bed and quiet location
ROThe apartment is little, but cozy and confi with very good location to visit Umbria and with a stunning view from the balcony and this is big plus. The parking spot is also a bonus. Aureliano, our host was very nice and helpful( he came on Sunday to resolve an electric current issue, for example). Furniture is new, nice smell in location. Provide another set of towels because we stay more than 4 days.
No soap holder in shower cabin and maybe some more items in the kitchen, but this are details
