The location, rooms and venue are truly beautiful. All staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to ensure a pleasant stay. Food was also to a exceptional standard. I attended as a solo traveller and this was one of the most relaxing locations I have stayed. I am already looking at dates to return again.

Honestly, nothing. Everything was great. My only suggestion would be for a few more signs providing direction back to Vivood after walking to the reservoir. A few times, I questioned if I was on the right path back. Unfortunately, I have received quite a lot of mosquito bites from my stay. I had been spraying myself each day which was sufficient. On my last night, after visiting the pool, my room key would not work. It took some time for this to be resolved, and unfortunately, this was when I got quite severely bitten waiting outside my room.

Private swimming pool in villas is not a pool, it’s only like bath or jacuzzi

LA SENSANCIÓN DE RELAX QUE ESTÁ PRESENTE POR TODO EL COMPLEJO. LAS VISTAS. EL TRATO DEL PERSONAL. LA DUCHA ES UNA PASADA, LA CAMA ES CÓMODA Y LA SENSACIÓN EN LA HABITACIÓN ES MUY POSITIVA.

EL DESAYUNO NO ESTÁ ACORDE AL COMPLEJO. SU VARIEDAD ES ESCASA, LA CALIDAD DE LOS ALIMENTOS NO ES DESTACABLE Y RESULTA DESENCITIVADOR TENER QUE ESTAR PIDIENDO A CADA MOMENTO AL CAMARERO, PORQUE TE SIRVEN ELLOS. LA COMIDA DEL RESTAURANTE TIENE LUCES Y SOMBRAS. SIN DUDA, EL ASPECTO A MEJORAR.

Это был незабываемый отдых на нашу годовщину. Восхитительно всё! От локации и приватности, до фантастического ужина и завтрака! Получили презент бутылочку шампанского и поздравление от отеля, это очень приятно и ценно! Обязательно вернемся снова и не один раз! Благодарим за гостеприимство и до новых встреч!

I can't think of a nicer conception. The overall design, materials, technical equipment, very high class. The view is absolutely stunning as the whole development. The SPA is so well designed and with the same view.

Not important, there are some minor "scratches" here and there from use.
